Who we are
Accolae is a sole trader run by James, building websites and AI booking assistants for small businesses. Contact: james@accolae.com.
How we use information
If we approach a business about a website, we only use publicly available details from Google, on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering a relevant service. If you would rather not hear from us, reply to any message and we stop straight away, and our emails carry an unsubscribe option. Details of a business we never hear back from are deleted within twelve months.
Live clients
For live clients, we process their customers' booking data (name, phone, booking details) only to run the service, on their instructions, never sold or shared, kept in the UK and Europe and deleted after twenty four months or on request.
Your rights
Email james@accolae.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold, or to stop contact at any time.
Cookies
Our pages set no tracking cookies. A client's live site uses only what its booking chat needs.
